The short version

The game has no account and no sign-in. Your progress is saved on your device.
We do not sell personal data.
If you choose to watch a rewarded ad or to buy the Supporter Pack, the ad network or the app store processes the data needed for that.

The game

Progress and settings are stored locally on your device [and in the platform's device backup, if you use one: verify]. We cannot see them.

Purchases (the Supporter Pack) are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a confirmation that the purchase is valid, never your payment details.

Rewarded ads are shown only when you start one. They are delivered by [ad provider, not chosen yet], which may process your device's advertising identifier, IP address and ad interaction data under its own privacy policy. [Consent flow for the EEA and UK, and Apple App Tracking Transparency: to be decided with the provider.]

Analytics and crash reports: [none at the moment; update this section if a tool is added].

This website

The site is static and sets no cookies. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts [to be self-hosted before launch so no request goes to Google]. If you write to us, we use your email address only to answer you, or to send the single launch message you asked for.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. [Confirm age rating and the ad provider's child-directed settings.]

Legal basis and retention

Where the GDPR applies: contract (delivering the game and purchases), consent (personalised ads, where asked) and legitimate interest (security of the website). Emails are deleted when the conversation is over; launch-notification addresses are deleted after the launch message has been sent.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and you can object. Write to hello@toomanyorcs.com. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.

We will update this page when the game or its partners change, and change the date at the top.
