The game
Too Many Orcs! is provided by Klikkeriet [legal details]. You may install and play it for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. The app stores' own terms also apply.
Purchases
The Supporter Pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It supports development and gives the benefits listed in the game at the time of purchase; it does not promise specific future content. Purchases are processed by the app store, and refunds follow the store's rules. Use Restore Purchases on a new device.
Virtual items
Coins, Orbs and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you for use in the game only.
Fair use
Do not cheat, tamper with the game, or use it to harm others. We may change or stop features, and we try to say so in advance when it matters.
Availability and liability
The game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Klikkeriet is not liable for indirect loss or lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Law
